    What an excellent idea to use the trim to give you extra room in the front!

    The added pink and lace made it look so pretty and it will tie in the pink nicely I think. Good idea for the closure adjustment.

    I find you so inspiring and supportive. I love that you don't hide your mistakes from us, as my sewing goes very similar to yours, like forgetting half the darts, or a whole panel etc. It makes me feel like I can do this thing too. Mistakes and all!! Don't stop doing what you're doing, or being who you are. We love you, and your minions too!!!

    It's looking wonderful. Love the touch of pink on the bodice and the layering of the two laces looks so pretty.

    I love how you stay so calm when you forget something or make a mistake, just your look "Welp, not again."
    I would throw it in the corner and be annoyed by myself. That's pretty much the reason I prefer watching you sewing instead of doing it myself.

      Thank you! I don't believe perfection exists, so there's no point worrying about little mistakes. Although, sometimes I do get frustrated when I mess something up, but it's just another opportunity to learn, right? 🙂

    I am in love with that shell fabric. I don't even like sea side motif all that much but that fabric made me smile. Thank you again for making these videos.

    Your videos are helping me so much. Thank you!
    My figure has changed drastically and now my stomach is bigger than my bust. I used to solve most of my fitting problems with a full bust adjustment but between a mastectomy and menopause, I need to learn new ways to deal with my new normal.

    Is there any color that does not to with your skin tone? This looks lovely as well. You are so down to earth (inside out tee, dangling light cord), I so enjoy your videos, they always make me smile.

    Is anyone else noticing that Hercules is always at the hand sewing table and Lucius is always at the sewing machine?

  • @barbaraleaweaver-mercado1820

    I enjoyed your video. The sound of taffeta rustling has kept me from doing anything projects but one - my first natural form polonaise I finished late last year. I haven't worn it yet, though. The sound actually makes me sick to my stomach. Sigh.

    The light cord(?) dangling in some of the shots is not the best.

      @PocketFullofPoseys  Před 3 lety

      No, it's not. Unfortunately my room is very small so it's difficult to get shots without it getting in the way.
