This is not a hate comment okay? But the paramedic or the ambulance nurse could have started CPR to save the man's life on the very last clip instead of just pumping the BVM. The beep you hear comes from the cardiac monitor(LifePak) which warns the paramedic that the patient attached to the cardiac monitor has no heart activity or respiration activity.
