Making Homemade Dog Food - Easy and Fast Recipe

We have been making homemade dog food for about 2 years now and we feel like we have finally found a size and recipe that works for us. Its tough to balance making a bunch and having to do dishes for hours or making too little and having to make food too often. With this recipe, we think we have hit the sweet spot. We make dog food one a week and only have one mixing tray to clean by hand. Everything else can go straight into the dishwasher for quick and easy cleanup. We also us more canned vegetables so there is less to cook. Our dogs still love the food, they are still looking and acting healthy and finally, they are still not as gassy as they were when we fed them kibble alone. #dogfood #homemade #diy #happydogs #boxerdogs

Our Recipe:
5 1/2 lb Ground Meat (chicekn, turkey, fish, pork, etc)
6 cups cooked rice
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup peas
1 cup carrots
2 cups green beans
2 cups apples
1/4 to 1 cup coconut oil (adjust depending on the fat content of your meat)
