I was thrilled when I heard her interview prior to that session, she literally has no voice! Very hoarse and she's just praying that she could perform for the people and THIS happened!

She got high recognitions from music industry And named her “Asia’s phoenix Queen” she really is a huge huge diva Queen and surpassed other great singers.

At times, probably more often than you would think, that the better vocalist/singer/performer doesn’t win the contest - for many reasons you can think of. The Philippines is no different. The country boasts perhaps the best singers in the entire world. Singing is a favorite pastime just everywhere. They start early as karaoke equipment can be found everywhere. It’s very popular there - and I believe the equipment was made and originated from there.
Anyhow, Morissette may not have won, but she skyrocketed from thereon. Not only does she have immense and diverse talent, she worked on her abilities and improved whatever areas she felt she can evolve further…and that she has indeed. Many have noted she is simply a generational talent and I wholeheartedly agree. I have several years filling Morissette and have seen hundreds of video performances AND I continue to find new ones (old and new) to watch.
Music is music, it's the universal language after all, and it does not matter what language it is in. If the singer does a good job of conveying the content of the music then they did their job. Morissette is such person.

I love Morissete Amon does such an incredible voice I like her vocal squeak ,techniques, and belting and for me she is incredible. Because she doesn't breathe anymore, she preserves lots of air in her diaphragm I'm so worried about her she's killing this to sustain those higher notes that were pretty cool that's why I like Morissete in her own ways.

unfortunately most reactors tend to react to the wish bus version and too many fans recommend this too. it is really great of course, but the live with band version has noticeably better vocals and is far more powerful. mori in beast mode (rare and therefore interesting)

That's a genuine sigh of relief right there at the end. She's a bit fatigued and under the weather here - as can be heard from the somewhat gravelly voice and the timid growls - from several weeks of almost non stop engagements after fulfilling commitments that were previously postponed due to the pandemic and had to take some steroids to be able to go through with this. But 2 month before this Wishbus gig, she did a live band performance of this same song - in full HD - with the same crew that played in the recorded version. Now that was a well-rested, IN-FULL-SLAYER MODE Mori! You don't have to react to it, but you gotta give it a listen. Immensely enjoyable review, as always, guys. 👍

There is Morissette Amon live Band Version in ONE TAKE after a soft warm up rehearsal where her husband Dave did the camera work and Adonis Tabanda did music Director thats my favorit Version, it was before this and is more emotional, you feel the pain of loosing love at the begining then she stands up for herself at the end, beautiful song which ever Version you chose, there are Videos from outside the bus there you hear the crowds reaction, Mori has sung this live many times YOU TAKE YOUR PICK.

She was sick and had to take a Covid19 test outside the bus before they would let her perform. She was negative . Mori doesn't like to let her fans down so she sang even tho she was congested

I completely agree with you, this is definitely an outstanding performance by Mori on the Wish Bus, one of her bests and now one of our favorites! She's all into it, from start to finish, from the soft and delicate start, to the massive climax, she's taken us for a ride! I had goosebumps watching this, with her beautiful voice, squeaks, growls, insane amount of breath control, her facial expressions, body movements (well, mainly the arms because she is sitting down, crossed legs, which makes it even more amazing!), plus the backing track, the drums, the background vocals, the panned echoes, everything is just absolutely outstanding! 🔥❤️

Yeah, she's a superstar, I love her. ❤❤❤ I think it's such a shame that to make it to superstardom in the music world, the general rule of thumb is to sing in English and to conform to stereotypical music styles/ genres.
