Twix cake that melts in your mouth! Simple and very tasty! 😋
Ingredients:
150 g butter (room temperature).
50 g powdered sugar.
A pinch of salt.
Beat for about 5 minutes.
1 egg (room temperature).
45 ml milk.
380 grams of flour.
5 g baking powder for cupcakes.
Add in batches.
Knead soft dough.
Divide into 7 parts.
Place in the freezer for 30 minutes or in the fridge for 2 hours.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 5-7 minutes.
Caramel:
Sugar 115 g (melt until amber).
Butter 50 g (frozen).
Mix well.
Cream (30-33%) 80g.

Let cool down.
Cream:
Cream cheese 500g.
powdered sugar 40g.
Chocolate 75g (melt).
Whipped cream (33-36%) 200g
Beat for 3-4 minutes.
Refrigerate for 5-6 hours.
Glaze:
Milk chocolate 150g (melted).
Unscented vegetable oil 30ml.
Pour over the glaze and refrigerate for 5-7 minutes.

Приготовила по этому рецепту. Соблюдала всё до грамма. Когда делала крем, то думала, что прогадала с сыром, крем получился кисловатый. Также решила, что карамель я пересолила. Честно говоря не надеялась, что торт получится сколько-нибудь вкусный.
Но неожиданно торт получился вкусным! Действительно вкусным!
Учитывая, что я не мастер в этом деле и всегда делала только бисквиты с разными кремами ( кроме кремчиза), что этот торт меня порадовал во всех отношениях. Спасибо автору за рецепт и её старания!
