Condensed Milk Yema | How to make a Soft Yema

  • Try This Yema Bites with a twist of Chocolate and Coconut
    • YEMA CHOCO BITES | PAN...
    Soft Yema Balls
    Ingredients
    1 can condensed milk ( 390 g )
    3 tbsp butter or oil
    3 egg yolks ( lightly beaten )
    Peanuts ( happy peanuts ) color blue or any nuts
    Sugar for coating
    ( Wrapper ) Water cellophane if available
    Procedure ( just follow this method, much easier )
    - Put 3 tbsp butter or oil in a pan, let it melt over medium heat
    - Add the condensed milk and eggyolks, stir until well combine
    - Bring to a boil
    - Once boil, Add any nuts you like, I used crushed almonds ( then set your stove to medium low heat ) ✅
    - Constant stirring
    - For about 10-15 minutes for soft yema
    - Remove from heat, transfer to a bowl or plate brushed w/ little oil to avoid sticking
    - Let it cool for a bit, 5-8 mins...
    - Put some oil to your hands or gloves and measuring spoon
    - Form yema into a ball
    - Coat with sugar
    - Put in a plate separately ..or
    - Wrap yema using water cellophane
    Enjoy!
    Note: If you like to store Yema in a jar or plastic container, you’ll need to wrap since Yema
    is so soft to avoid sticking from each other..
    Start roll yema habang mainit init pa..pag lumamig mahihirapan kayo sa pag form into balls..

      Hi! Any brand po ng condensed pwede, kahit 2 or walang eggyolks hindi reason na matigas ang yema,
      nasa timing ang pagluluto ng yema kung sa tingin niyo po na medyo dumikit na sa pan, malapit na yan maluto at
      pwede niyo po i test para siguradong hindi ma overcooked, mag drop ng yema mixture sa bowl na may tubig at bilogin niyo po dapat chewy at soft..
      Sa simula lang medyo mahirap i timing pero kung makuha mo na madali nalang yan..sana po makatulong..

      Hi MARY ANN! Matagal po lutuin kapag maramihan, na try ko mga 2 cans lang check niyo lang po, kung maramihan ang lutuin mas magandang gumamit ng yema molder pero kung bilogin niyo po medyo matagal ang proseso kaya mga 1 or 2 lata lang muna..sana makatulong God Bless!

      then cook for 10 mins depende po pwede rin i extend nyo to 12 mins kung gusto nyo na hindi masyadong malambot ang yema..thanks for watching..

      I stir & cook until it becomes a bit harder & also it does get harder if you store them in the freezer otherwise they get very soft if you don’t. I’ve been selling them for the past 2 months & have made lots of money because people find them addictive. I also add pureed jackfruits or Lanka in Tagalog which you can find in Filipino convenient stores & it makes them taste so much more delicious. I used to help make Yema candies when I was a kid in Calamba, Laguna. I live in California now & everyone seems to find my Yema candies addictive.

      @@alleranothere I either make them triangle shaped, or I use a silicone candy mold tray I bought on amazon that makes 40 small rectangle-shaped pieces because I couldn’t find triangle-shaped molds. That way I can make a whole bunch much quicker. then I let them get harder in freezer for about an hour. Then I take them out the mold & individually wrap them with 3”x3” parchment paper that I cut with scissors. Most use cellophane wrapper which you can find in crafts stores, in my city there’s a store called Michael’s, I buy cellophane there. I find that the Yema sticks too much to the cellophane wrapper if the Yema gets too soft. I find parchment paper works better. And yeah, I prefer to always store them in the freezer, that way they have the perfect hardness every time I eat them.

      Hello @ZwOomy, sorry po kung ganyan ang kinalabasan ng inyong yema, dahan-dahan lang po ang paglagay ng eggyolks na may kasamang halo yong parang naglalagay lang ng cornstarch sa ulam para hindi mamuo ito mas madali try niyo to, una maglagay ng butter sa kawali hayaan hanggang matunaw then i add ang condensed milk at eggyolks at haluing maigi at hintaying kumulo inilagay ko po sa description box ang procedure, sana makuha nyo po next time..salamat..

      Marqui 1993 hello Marqui 10-15 minutes sigurado akong hindi pa titigas ang yema.. may egg yolks at butter sya..over medium low heat lang ang pagluto..hindi malakas ang apoy..

      Hi, Rendell Dia! 36 pcs po , malalaki ang size nyan 1/2 tbsp ang ginagamit kong pang sukat..kung gusto niyo po ibenta mga 4 pesos depende kung magkano puhunan, meron din akong yema video na pang negosyo 1/2 tsp ang gamit ko po 2 pesos each..thanks for watching!❤️
