I absolutely love hearing people's joycon stories to see if they're similar to mine and yeah... The left shoulder button on my relatively new OLED Switch just stopped working while playing Mortal Kombat 11. Which didn't exactly make it *completely* unplayable, but diminished a couple of huge features of the game even when changing the button mapping to soften the blow. Not knowing any better, I ordered a cheap gray pair on Amazon that arrived the next day. They were garbage. The buttons had the worst delay in response, with the left d-pad button needing to be pushed extra hard to even process. Eventually I came across the reviews for these a little over a month ago, and they were life changing. The RGB lighting alone is phenomenal, and even when I get tired of switching those colors around, I can just turn them off. As I've only had these for leas than a month, im still waiting to see if there's going to be any problems like I had woth the OG Nintendo joycons though. So far, so good however.

I agree! No two Joy-Con stories are the same. Though, in my case, I was just too stubborn to replace mine.
