      This doesn’t reduce belly fat. The rest is ok.
      Increase intake of fats & proteins & cut the carbs.
      Take Carnitine VitC D3 K2 B-complex IV & oral to improve & boost metabolism.
      The lady herself has belly fat. 😮

    After doing these exercises, the most important part is, you must leave yourself in lying position with legs straight, ie in shavasan for 10 to 15 minutes for redistribution of blood.
