2 tomatoes ( grind ) 1/2 cup
Oil 1/2 cup
2/3 chopped garlic
1 tsp Zeera
1/2 tsp crushed red chilli
3/4 whole red chilli
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
Salt according to your taste
1 tsp Coriander crushed/powder
1/4 cup of water
For garnishing
Green chillies
Chopped coriander
Slices ginger
