  • The Makita 40v XGT Dust Blower is the best compact dust blower we have ever used. Makita moved away from the traditional small workspace blower design and totally nailed it for a useful and simple design that will become the norm quickly.

The Makita Dust Blower pushes air at 447 MPH and 39 CFM on high and allows for four-speed settings. Battery Life with the XGT 2.5Ah battery will allow for 50 minutes of continuous run time.
There are many extra attachments that Makita makes and does not include in the kit. These are very affordable and can make certain specific jobs much easier.

ita better to start with pluge saw, if you dont have an xgt battery system.. then go from there, its almost impossible or not feasible to start with just a blower, well i cant justify that jump, and even with the plunge its really a hard decision and months of contemplating.. 😂

Love the tool, but I don't want to get into their 40v system. :(
If they made a track saw for right hand use (left blade) I'd sell every tool from every other brand I own, and go full time Makita 40v. (But a (good) left blade track saw will never exist since Festool will never make one, thus makita will have nothing to copy. And Bosch is in limbo right now, and may disappear by this time next year (in North American Tool market anyways), Milwaukee New track saw just seems like just another version of the same left handed track saw) Dewalt is falling in quality. Ughhh... whats going on in the tool industry right now???)
