I was thinking of picking up Wichita, but I feel like Baltimore can be better with the durability and really good super heavy ap

I would say Balti is more than enough. Wichita is a 'nice to have', but not a 'must' have :)

Wichita is best played as an agile HE spammer. Baltimore has super heavy AP and slower rudder shift so it's a great flanker.

This one I like. But don't stray too close to BB's. It's armor in not robust.

Very true, BB's will make you regret some choices if you get too close :)
