- Taking the cab off the 67 4020 standard, getting it cleaned up, serviced, and detailed. Also putting tracks on our ARGO 6x6 and rewiring my Deweze bale bed.

I'm glad to see guys restoring these classic tractors as they are, like a veteran automobile. It's a shame wiping out the wear and tear. Great video.
I couldn't agree more. 4020 is the best tractor ever made. I own 3 of them
My dad had a 700 jd , bought it new from the factory in 1970 , it was yellow , construction tractor , same as the 5020 , same body style ,.just different color , great tractor
That Deere looks pretty good now!
It turned out pretty good for a green one! I can’t believe how cold it gets there too.
Enjoyed watching all the video!
1100 's on the front
Great video what transformation a beautiful tractor
My dad put 30 inch tires on the back , looked real beefy 👍👍
Stay safe and warm. I remember the minus 15 weather when I was farming in nw Pennsylvania. Don't worry miss it one bit. Suppose to be lows in 30s here in Florida that's too cold for me.
She’s a sweetheart.
I grew on a 4020 , then a 5020 standard. My first tractor was a 5020 row crop standard. I now have a 4010 standard and 4020 row crop standard. If I remember correctly you could order a 4020 with 17 or 18 inch front wheels.
Really nice tractor
Great job she's a surviver only original once ❤nice job
That tractor was set up to pull harrows and drills.
That tractor "AS IS" would generate a lot of attention at our shows in and around Indiana. Hate to see the cab come off. Nothing like that around "here".
I’m guessing the white paint splatter might be from driving on the edge of the road after lines were painted and not fully dry. I had that happen to my f450 dually. It was white specs of paint everywhere on my black paint. Just a guess.
A couple of yrs ago i bought my 4020. It's not as slick as yours. Engine sounds good. I have a broken wire between the push button and starter also. Mine does not have a turbo. It's a 1967 row crop standard no cab.
Did you adjust the clutch yet?
The 4020 looks good, you Kansas people have too much fun. HA
