- Rishi Sunak’s minister, Andrew Mitchell, was booed by opposition MPs on Tuesday when he explained the country’s stand on arms sale to Israel.
A non-binding immediate ceasefire. Is this comedy?
It's been proven wrong and there no legal basis for saying the resolution is non-binding. According to ICJ ruling in other cases UNSC resolutions are binding.
UN can commence sanctions, and force can also be used where there is non compliance
