As someone who works inside a tank, tanks are really easy to steal. There are no keys to lock it nor to turn the engine on, literally open the hatch, find the on/off button and you're going. And once you're going there's nothing the police can do to stop you until they somehow get their hands on anti-tank gear from the army.
In case anyone wonders no the key to a vehicle is not a car key, it's the key to the master lock we put on the door or steering wheel. It's far easier to steal some of this shit then you'd think

He was driving forward, the turret was just in the storage/transport position (gun to the rear). From the driver's position you can't rotate the turret.

Да, Господи, имея такой аппарат, нетрудно весь художественный совет пригласить к себе по поводу принятия этого монолога. Если кто против, спросить, сидя на башне и хлебая из котелка:
"Почему, собственно?" Не просто ему не понравилось и мы не играем, а спросить: "Почему, собственно?" Мы можем даже вместе выйти на сцену: один читает произведение, а другой тут же объясняет, почему этого не надо делать, и - кто больше соберет народу. Пусть эти ребята тоже дают прибыль.
Да мало ли куда можно подъехать справиться, как там идут дела. Но тут же, не по телефону, тут, как никогда, важен личный приезд. И устроить прибытие скорого танка по вызову. Это вам уже не группа психологов, которая успокаивает под девизом "То ли еще будет!". Это мы, конкретные ребята, мотовзвод огнестрельного сочувствия. И чтоб прошел слух, что врать нам стало небезопасно, что из-за неизвестного жильца может приехать Я с друзьями, и наша бронь также глуха, и пусть у него хоть на какое-то время отнимется его вранье, которое ему кажется умением разговаривать с людьми, пусть оно больше не вырабатывается его председательской железой, пусть он не учит нас, ибо результатов у него никаких, а ждать, что он сам поймет, уже невозможно...
