The editing quality is excellent with Marcus. Jon was really good, put Marcus is just putting together such a complete product with the grading, the sound and the cuts. It's a feast for the eyes and the ears. Really happy he's back!
I have to say this :D You are like the most happy and good-hearted person I have seen in a long time. The good energy that comes from your videos makes me wanna watch them all in one setting.

Little tip for Marcus (and Jon maybe) the breathing reflex doesn't come from too little oxygen - it comes from too much CO2 in your lungs. So if you steadily exhale underwater and then when you feel like you can't hold your breath any longer you exhale ALL the air in your lungs ... that should give you an extra 5-8 seconds. If you do that you might be able to do 4 instead of 2 lanes at a time :)

Jon, your Db products are incredible. 'The Affair' and the 15L pack arrived this week, and they are of extremely high quality, down to each buckle and magnetic latch. Keep up the vlogs and grinding in your business.. you're going know where but up. Fantastic role model to me and a lot of others as well!
Hey team overkill! I have an idea for the winter. Wouldn't it be amazing if you can get a day of skiing with some of the swedish freestyles like Henrik Harlaut, Jesper Tjäder, oscar Walter or even a "regular" skier like Jens byggmark? I know that many of them have a busy schedule in the winter but just a food for thought if you have an opening. Thumbs this up so Jon can see this and if you want to see it:)

+Cerny I do not know which one jon has but they start at about 1000€ to up to 6000€. there are however also more expensive ones.
He has the Leica SL, it's about 5.000-7.000 €
plus the 24mm 1.4 lens costs $7000 and the Vario 24-90mm costs $4.500
If you want to vlog like these guys be ready to shell out about $30.000

Am I the only one who has come to love their green pool? I almost cant imagine it any other color.
There is a huge lession to be learned from Jon. Aspire to do everything 100% , and you will make IT !
It's funny that Jon expects Marcus to keep up with him even though Jon is an olympic level athlete and even world best at one point.
Doing a similar recovery on my back. I like this Doc said to use Arnica.It works for shock too. And Caullophylum.
Swimming is good but must not arch lower back. Use a Finis pull buoy kick legs froggi style/glide. Then switch to arms and swim without legs .Use a grip to stabilise ankles and float feet so you are totally horizontal head to toe. It helps back a lot. 10 laps is a lot in recovery!!
I laughed when the chiropractor asked if Jon played golf. No, Jon skis, jumps off cliffs and rides lambos in the alps.

Hey Jon which Leica are you using? My dad was a photographer before he passed, and I have a lot of his good equipment but it's too advanced for me right now I want something simple to start with, and we sold his digital camera while back so I'm looking to replace it and learn with for now. No where ready for the Hasselblad:P

Where did Markus get his grey t-shirt?
It's easier to swim under the surface if you're on the bottom and if you look at the floor instead of forward (you won't feel out of air as much and you'll glide smoother). We did these exercises when I did my training for a lifeguard. Just make sure you have some mark on the bottom so you don't hit your head at the end. :)

I'm finally caught up on the vlogs it took me up to 105 episodes to do so :). You have to to watch it overkill style... all the way from episode 1.

kollar ni innan i vattnet om det finns sten eller något vasst när ni hoppar från höga klippor?
Man ser det rätt tydligt, vårgorna bryts och blir störda av minsta lilla. Sen även om man gör spiken ner i vattnet (för att inte slita sönder hela kroppen) så böjer man snabbt på sig så färden neråt avstannar fort.
Is the leica you were taking photos with the leica Q... I know you mentioned Leica Q in the video it's just I wasn't sure whether that was the one you were using?
Jon, you and Marcus have very similar haircut styles but I think Marcus pulls it off better with the beard
