I need to replace the bushes in my existing Panard Bar do I need a press to remove old one and the press in the new ones, Great Tutorial !

As far as I know, yes (or you can do the "burn" method)
On another 240 I was working on, I kept the original Panhard bar and brought it to a NAPA machine shop to have them replace the bushings.

1/32" is approximately .8mm
