I honestly love how some episodes of whatever series the gang plays is a lot like Seinfeld. A whole lot of nothing happens mostly, there are a fair amount of laughs, and maybe 5 minutes of the whole thing collectively is some sort of story line.

You guys were an Integral part of my childhood, I remember watching your scrap mechanic videos, my favorites were always killing machines and monster trucks, I just found out about thick44 and it’s heartbreaking. And then I believe you were quite silly. You should perhaps put your armor back on before engaging in battle with the thing that just killed you. Perhaps wait for your ally to spawn and retrieve his gun before engaging in battle with the thing that just killed him. Perhaps get cover / have an escape route planned before you open fire on the thing that just killed you both. Perhaps aim for the head instead of the midsection of the thing that just...

I love the frogs in Ark. First frog I tamed I named it Froggin Williams.
My first rule in Ark was always build a large trap close to base so you can use it if your base is attacked.❤️❤️
I usually build a huge trap with ramp and lure my victim/attacker into and then hide in a bunker in middle of that trap so I can shot my victim/attacker in peace 😁😁😁😁
That or build stone walls at the very least so most predators can't get to your base.

That was Simon's shining moment of badassery sneaking up and making a beautifully executed attempt of revenge, finished in true Simon fashion

When at the peninsula with the TRex, on the other side of those woods is the best spot for a base in the game. (Also the same area as directly behind you on the way to the waterfall) it’s a huuuuge flat area for building.

You know how Ark has all these beautiful places to discover but nothing there? What if you guys did a treasure hunt series? Someone is in charge of hiding stuff…could be armor or weapons or whatever cool stuff. The others find them in their travels. However you would want to implement that. I just think it would be a fun dynamic.

Glad to see the old gang back for the 'new' ark. Editing and comedic timing are about the best they've been, but the general lack of any coherent direction or goals wears on me. Don't get me wrong, I enjoy a good random episode of shenanigans now and again for a new flavor. Yet aside from Dora taking as much time breaking into that tower as it would have taken to grind the requirements for a handful of grenades and level the entire thing down to the sand, and appsro looking for pelt for reasons I can't be bothered remembering, nobody seems to have any clear goals from week to week. Tame some actually viable starter mounts? Find some place more defensible to build? Discuss a plan of action with the group and sally forth as only the neebs crew can, like the old days, and the magic will make itself.

@@brianmorris6466 Cute. Been watching since before they tried scorched earth. Said plainly, they're goofing off too much. Their first day on The Center, they had three ptera's. By day 7 their very first play through on the island, they had a small force of raptors, trikes, dilos and a ptera, looking for their second base location. Day 5 in scorched earth, they were building Gorda Lagoon and had about as many tames.
In 7 episodes here, they've managed to build a few thatch and wooden huts literally within visual range of where they spawned in and...that's it. I've always liked the antics, but I prefer it flavored with progress of some sort. I'm getting bored of waiting from week to week only to watch them accomplish nothing.

I had a Frog that I didn't see for three months, I assumed he was dead. He reappeared on Christmas eve, alive and well. I renamed him frog zombie. He died about a year and half later.
I maybe be biased, but Frog Zombie is an excellent name.
How can Simon and Dora have played this game for so long and never think about creating a structure from which to shoot? It just blows my mind this isn't even a remote thought in either of their minds.

At twelve minutes I built my base there it’s pretty sick looking I think bmetal base up on second waterfall and a breeding section for land Dino’s frogs and down in the ocean a huge water pen base. It’s a real pretty place to build
