How and where did Christoffer and I meet? This is a very commonly asked question! But to answer it properly, we have to go all the way back to where we used to work, Huset. So we did! We head into town and visit our old work place and also the place where Christoffer used to live. I hope you enjoy the video!

I went to school at huset. 6 and 7th grade. The highlights was when the Russian dance and theater group used to visit and entertain in huset. Lots of good memories

Great video. I have so much respect and admiration for you and Christopher. Living in Svalbard is beyond my comprehension. It is so beautiful but I am 71 yrs. and don't do cold and snow very well. Thank you for sharing your lives and your home. One of your videos I watched several days ago. I was speechless and impressed when Cecilia put her rifle on her shoulder whilst walking Grimm. Unbelievable. Never crossed my mind about the polar bears.

The history of Svalbard is interesting and without you I would never probably have heard of it . It's an unusual life you lead Christopher seems to be a quiet chap and I think you have totally changed his life Hes a lucky guy .Age gaps are unimportant age is just a number
I agree with you that he really got lucky. However age gaps are very important. Especially when you get to 70’s and 80’s. If one partner is in 50’s and the other is in 70’s the life is very different. By standard, people start experiencing declining physical and mental health in their older years and often the younger partner becomes a caretaker.!
