One more thing is that at the end, when we hold the projector and it plays "the end" in our eyes, the projector is actually the projectionist head. You can hear his scream once the projector plays. And it's probably a big relif for the projectionist fans who were disappointed on not seeing the projectionist in batdr.

actually we sew the projectionists head before that. In the general area where we talk to Henry we see four other things: Sammy without his mask being on the floor playing the banjo facing away from us, Bertrums head from chapter four of BATIM having his eyes follow your moves, an empty room with a message on the floor from Alice, and a projector on display. If you hit it, it makes the shrieking sound it made when it sees us. So we see it once before

I was watching a play through and got disappointed there wasn’t any nods to the projectionist and as soon I heard that scream my face lit up.
Like when every time Audrey says “what the heck is this” when she finds a meatly, rifle gaming says “son of a biscuit” when ink bendy comes.
26:02 it looks like Boris might be the dungeon master! The book is on his side whilst Bendy and Alice sit on the other as players of the game. I love Boris' goofy setup with all the bacon soup related things!

Fun Fact: The radio actually doesn’t turn off on it’s own, a Lost One in the Lounge turns it off after awhile. If you hide after turning it on you’ll see him walk out and turn off the radio while asking who’s there

There's a secret if you have crackers in your inventory and activate every secret with the crackers the bird will try to literally peck you to death but it can't get through the gate you'll only die if you get too close.
17:26 that is the ink demons old wandering ambience when he gets close to you in the old game, I wish they’d keep the ink everywhere when he appears but you’d see it in scenes like the elevator scene.
I also miss seeing him wandering around when he’s “nearby” cause it allowed you to not only potentially see him, but also the suspense you feel when he spots you and thus you gotta run and hide was fun compared to the “timer” system we have in BATDR

About the Barrel full of money when I was fighting the boss on my first time I accidentally hit the barrel and finded the secret it was fun
The game is a 10/10 in Easter eggs
The lost one banging his head on the wall is a reference to batim where you're crawling through a vent and you can see lost one banging his head on a wall.
I guess there's technically a 3rd sighting of Boris in Dark Revival, which is another blink and you'll miss it moment, as well as an easter egg of itself. Just after you spot Boris for the first time after flipping the switch to Heavenly Toys, we walk along the exact same path Henry and Boris walked at the beginning of Ink Machine Chapter 3. Along the path we reach the point where Henry and Boris split-up as Boris crawls through a vent to open a closed door for Henry. That same vent will be closing as Audrey approaches that point, which implies that Boris went crawling through the vent again, later confirmed in the Gent Workshop.
I know this is super late to the game, but didn't see anyone mention it in either video (if they did my bad).
In reference to those little bits where you can see glimpses of Boris I wonder if they link up to parts from Boris and the Dark Survival. If you go into the archives through the main menu and find Tom it says "Where is Boris the Wolf? Rumor has it that during the events of the game, Boris is experiencing a dark survival of his own", which is clearly referencing the Boris game. This also makes me curious about Dark Revival easter eggs in Boris and the Dark Survival. For example, if you're crawling in vents in the Boris game and you look across can you see something across from you in the vents from Boris' perspective?
