I don't know how I didn't notice this all the other times I've seen people play this game, but those 'little spiders' are absolutely Headcrabs. The way they move and everything. Not saying they're a direct copy or anything, just probably heavily inspired.
I will say that they are a direct copy. Considering that ink is *technically* contagious, I may even say rip-off

I was there on the last day, can confirm this took hours to do, people went crazy when we were FINALLY 5 minutes into the run.

The boss fight with Wilson is visually a cluster. I don't usually have a problem with flashing lights, but that mess makes me ill to look at.
I like how visually different his fight is, it’s a new splash of color, quite literally

When butcher gang appears, the ink on the start is just a distraction, you dont actually take damage

Honestly, that sounds really interesting in theory. But I wonder if it would start feeling like a checklist? With no hit, there’s a sense of danger and excitement and stakes. But all hit.. you’d just be playing the game but really badly lol. I think it’s a good premise though.

Whenever the bing bong guys pop up they don’t immediately damage you. They just cover your screen in ink but no health is lost. So in short, you didn’t need to reset those 2 times at the beginning

Ever notice that the ink effect appears when bing bong hits him at first but no actual damage is done? this happens around 1:54 in the video it's a few seconds after that time. edit: it happens 2 seconds after if we want to get exact.
correction it's for all the times he gets hit by bing bong's entrance if he were to get hit after the entrance then I'm pretty sure he would have taken damage.
