Maybe we can create artificially intelligent robots that are intelligent but have no emotion, feelings, or consciousness. They’re also loyal and know how to do they’re jobs. So they can’t stand up for themselves.

We said the same things when the steam engine first appeared. No one can imagine living without electricity either. Repetitive, simple jobs that require a lot of strength will be taken by robots. There will be an initial wave of unemployment, but that wave will soon drop as humans adapt and new jobs pop up as demand for the production of these robots increase. Computer scientists and mechanical engineers will be way more common. Robots will never achieve the free will to program themselves. They may imitate emotion or human features to absolute perfection, but they'll never have it. There is always something better than something. A creative mind will be determines to make that even if it takes decades. Possibly centuries or even millenia later robots will be replaced and humans will say the same things like now.

One thing i noticed very clearly while growing up was the automation of customer support. I remember less than 15 years ago when everything was done by people, then i remember the very robotic voices asking for you to press numbers, and now they ask you yes or no questions with almost perfect human voices and trying speak im a natural way. Once a bank called my home number by mistake amd the almost humam voice asked if i was the person they wanted, yes or no, and i forgot i was talking to a computer and i automatically said "there is no one here with this name" and they answered in their almost natural voice "oh ok, sorry for the mistake. Please disregard this call. Have a nice day"

Those who aren't programmers, or are in control of programmers, have inherent disadvantage in determining decision making processes in machines.
Anyone who doesn't recognize and is oblivious to this has the potential to be cheated, because the power and sophistication of our machines will out-compete humans to degrees we can't currently fully comprehend.

There can be no such thing as a shortage of jobs..there can only be a shortage of people sharing the work. A world without the peruse of having to work to make income will be meaningless. A world without jobs and a simple and equal universal income for everyone would make life even less meaningful as the hierarchy will cease to exist. most peoples meaning in life is purpose driven, no one would ever be able to climb the hierarchy and strive for a better and happier life. If you take away the the meaning in lige there will only be the suffering left. Not only that, it would also increase obesity and many mental health issues such as depression. In combination with all of this, suicides would skyrocket and become the number 1 cause of death. In the end human overpopulation will become the opposite as the fertility rate will keep getting lower and lower untill no human will ever be born again

Employers should think and act in this technology advanced world. Of course robots do not need wages vacation physicl and mental stress which the human beings come across. But they do not have stomach and other live organs. They do not need water and food for functioning the organs, whereas humans take water and food for their survival, otherwise they will die. Supply of blood will stop and brain and heart will collapse. People work and earn money only for basic necessities like food , water, cloth and shelter. So all govts and employers of both private and public sectors in India and around the globe should think this basic and take decisions.
