Boisee is the best in the line. A class fragrance, you would think it's a more niche scent. Don't get the lazy comparison to other iris scents. You get a smooth iris in the opening thats it. Much more approachable than Dior. But it actually smells closest to D&G the one EDP, with what I believe is an essence of Tom Ford Noir.
I bought it because it's like the One edp
Boisee is something I tried on in a store when I was looking for tom ford ombré and i haven’t looked back, it has that soothing presence that some other citrusy ones I used earlier didn’t

not a fan of tom ford noir and dont really see the similarities, it did instantly remind me of the one edp which i love, hopefully boisse has better performance and projection tho
shouldnt be hard to do. "The one" performance is legit abysmal
I personally love the classic 70's Gentleman, i rock it at 20 years old. In a couple hours i will go to an exposition with a full grey suit, light brown brogue shoes and this fragrance sprayed HEAVILY on myself

I tried the EDT and EDP at Macys and to be honest the EDT impressed me quite a bit more than the EDP, I wasn’t expecting that
Well…….just bought the whole line except the 74 version. Love all of them in their own right. I agree the edt is underrated. It’s a great fragrance. Very versatile.
Great vid! Love the Boisée. It has that well balanced woody note which is very pleasing. Will have a look at the all new Réserve Privée as well!
Just got the Gentleman EDP a couple of weeks ago. It is John Varvatos Dark Rebel Rider WITH ACTUAL PERFORMANCE POWER. I absolutely love it.

I had the EDP. Honestly didn’t love it. Was a really heavy powder bomb. I really love Boisée. One of my favorites. Still need to try the cologne. Givenchy quality is top notch.
I dont have a chance to sample EDP but so far Boisee is also my favorite

got the 2017 givenchy gentleman edt. Thought it was underwhelming at first, but the more I smell it the more I'm lovin it. It just smells really good. Like just real nice. It's personally gotten right up there for me with Dior Homme Intense, I'm liking it that much.

Finally the edt (2017) getting noticed! It's such a good scent, I prefer it to the edp and boise. Have not tried the new edt intense, but excited to when it is made available. Gentleman edt 2017 and gentleman only are my 2 favourite from the house

I just order the gentleman edt 2017 and I’m really excited to try it out. I feel like this line and the prada luna rossa line none of their fragances are bad like you can buy any of them and you’ll still like it.

@@nicholassua I own and love both. I just find the boisee more versatile and overall enjoy the scent profile more. I sampled both a couple of times before committing to buying either bottle and so should you. You can't just go by what people say because everyone experiences fragrances and scents differently.

Putting the old school’74 release aside , this gentleman line is incredible from top to bottom , the edp being the top but not far ahead of the edt and cologne

Thanks for the review! I only own the 1974 one, which I've heard people call the "Chanel No.5 for men". Even though I like the scent for its classic and nostalgic feel, it's very dated and I don't wear it. It seems of this line the EDP is the most popular. I'll have to get a smell of it when I get the chance.

Gentleman edp is spot on to Valentino uomo intense. It is beast mode and beautiful. And half the price of Dior or Valentino. Get it. U won’t regret it

Finally found a video with all the gentlemen line. I want to buy one or two of them. I just cant decide since i live in texas its always hot
great review Dallas. I tried them all on different spots of my arms on the same day and time, and the conclusion I came up with, is that this is not something you can blind buy, none of them . The opening might be one thing, but you gotta give them all enough time to reveal those base notes for you to decide which way to go. In my case, the reserve prive ended up smelling WAY too feminine for my taste, the iris overshadows everything else. The EDT is the most balanced of them all, not too much of anything, but the Boisee took the cup because of the cocoa-iris notes work in perfect harmony on this one. Longevity is very poor on skin but I still need to try it on clothes and field-test it with my lady. Cheers from Calgary-Canada
went to the Macys and found that the original one is the best for me then boise and intense, then the rest smell like lavender or powder very generic and crowd pleasing and there's even one that even smelled like a light ysl. but yes the best givinchys are the orignal, boise and the intense, and i'll throw in pi as a good date or event scent
Pi is absolutely phenomenal, most complimented frag by far besides le male le parfum in my experience. Was really glad to smell that same type of iris in the intense that i loved in pi, versaces the dreamer and dylan blue, and even in le male. All my favorite fragrances seem to have that note in the base, and mixing it with cedarwood in the intense really did it for me as i grew up in northern californian surrounded by cedar and redwood. Great line, could be a little heavier on the woods and notes besides iris but overall an amazing line! Givenchy always puts out bangers.

just bought the Edt version and it smells great fresh summery and fruity but the issue is it doesn’t last that much like max 5-6 hours

Got the edp today. To my nose, the edp smells similar to Gerlain pour homme eau extreme parfum vintage. Just not as much depth.

Poor performance, about 3-4 hrs. Awesome smelling though. It's worth reapplying regularly throughout the day.

It's a killer when you wear it you are an exception as all the fragrances now are more or less the sans. The Real Gentleman the one of the dandy' s the one you wear while listening to a Style council Lo while drinking a classy french one is Gentleman original

Intense is the only one that surprised me, because of how unpleasant and sharp it smelled compared to the rest of the line. I think it's the basil.
