Well good sir, unless humans begin to vibrate at a frequency that can move through glass, id say theres a level of security allowed through the demarkation of space other wise described as privacy. That and one can easily equip film or blinds to add further layers of optical privacy. I hope that helps Mr Brown

99 year leasehold is so short though, i hate this about singapore haha. in London its around 999 years on high end properties
