I remembered being a nanny for one of the writers baby. When he brought home the scripts his wife and I would read them together.
This brings back so many memories I just loved this show.i felt bad when they took it off and replaced it with another soap.and that soap didn't even last.lol Good memories ty

Another World needs to be rebooted and NBC should be the one to bring it back in my humbleness opinion
Well in this day an age, it would be much better if a cable company or streaming company rebooted it....but it's just been too long now. It's been 23 years. The characters and the actors have aged to a point where it would be a completely different show and unrecognizable. I mean, Rachel and Felicia are nearing 80, the actors that play Carl and Iris are dead, and the young people are all in their 50's now. I mean, anything is possible I guess. But a true classic like this is better off left alone probably :) At least we have CZcams to rewatch the show as many times as we want :)
@@dannyboudreau5151 Well it wasn’t that very long ago that Linda Dano appeared on Days of our Lives as Vivian Alamain but so what you still got Tom Elpin aka Jake McKinnon, Ellen Wheeler as Marley Hudson, Stephen Schnetzer aka Cass Winthrop. I’m entitled to feel to express my opinion on it lol. NBC Nothing But Cancellation Daytime went downhill after AW left the air. I knew Sunset Beach wasn’t going to last very long. Passions a few years but eventually Days would end up being the only Soap standing on NBC
I'd rather leave it as a great memory. It was the cast, writers and directors who brought that all together and kept it going for 35 yrs. I had forgotten how many of the actors went on to become big stars.
I absolutely loved this show. Watched it with my late Mother. Too bad there weren't real names with the characters.
@@dannyboudreau5151Yes, but it's not like we can rewatch entire episodes. I'd love to rewatch it all from the beginning. I didn't start watching till the 80's when I had to because I couldn't get ABC on my tv. After I could, I was so hooked on Ryan & Vicky & everyone else in Bay City, I never went back to Llanview & One Life to Live.
I would LOVE to watch from the beginning!!
