His reign over Germany was very brutal, but much about the Dictator is unknown or remains mysterious today. This includes a relationship he had with his niece before he came into power. Geli Raubal was Adolf Hitler's half niece, but at the age of 23 inside of Hitler's apartment in Munich she would be found dead with Hitler's pistol being the weapon used to take her life.
Geli Raubal had an intimate relationship with Hitler, and Hitler was besotted with her however he was incredibly controlling over his niece and he would not let her see any of her friends. She was kept practically under house arrest, and she was scared of her uncle. However she did have an affair with Hitler driver which caused him great anger. But Geli Raubal dreamed of heading to Vienna to continue singing lessons, but some believed she was running away from Hitler's clutches to marry another man. However Hitler refused to allow her to leave, but in 1931 inside of Hitler's apartment in Munich a gunshot was heard. Hours later Geli Raubal was found with a gunshot, and the media went into overdrive as it was claimed a huge argument was heard shortly before between Raubal and Hitler. Accusations were fired accusing Hitler of murdering or arranging the murder/execution of his niece. Senior Nazi figures believed that she knew too much and was dangerous, and it was even claimed that they had her killed. But much of Geli Raubal's demise and death today is considered a mystery.

She SUPPOSEDLY died form a single gunshot. Who killed her? Hitler himself? He was known to have been some distance away. Rudolf Hess? Martin Bormann? Heinrich Himmler? Ernst Rohm? Or did she simply kill herself? She was known to be highly temperamental. Hitler himself was not known to have done anything perverse with her. But the case still remains suspicious. Hitler's mother was his father's niece. Incest of this sort was common in Lintz. His mother had 3 miscarriages before Adolph was born, which made Adolf very precious and spoiled.

There was some rumors going around that she may have been pregnant with Hitler's child but there was also a rumor that he only had one testicle he was unable to show love and affection in that way hates his father but cared for his mother and it was an incestuous lust relationship with the niece he would become enraged if she went out or she was with another man most likely he shot her or had her killed because she was going to come out on him is it could've messed up his plans for the future she was a liability he had to silence her supposedly one of his fetishes was he would lie face up on the floor and have her Hoover over him and urinate on his face he was a very sick individual and anybody can understand that if she wasn't deliberately killed it would be easy for her to commit suicide because of his devious attachment to her he basically stole her life in every way and broke her in every way so she did not have much reason to live anyhow it makes one wonder how a man like that could come into the power that he did he was a monster
If she shot herself in the lung then death would not have been instant and I do not believe she would have fallen 'face down' with such force to break her nose. Secondly if her face was discoloured by bruising then it is clear she was alive for at least long enough for bruising to occur (which relies on the heart pumping blood to damaged vessels). I believe she was [at least] attacked prior to her death causing the alleged facial discolouring. It is also possible that in the 'face down' position some blood may have 'drained' to the lower part of her head. One way or another from the reported incident it is clear that there are some very suspicious circumstances. Finally details of her mental capacity and state of mind would need to be known to be able to make a more informed judgement.

I thought that Hitler only noticed Eva after Geli's death. I could be wrong, but that is what I have read in more than one book.
I've heard the opposite. Hitler started seeing Eva Braun while she was employed at his photographer's studio and the news put Geli into a state of depression and jealousy that resulted in her suicide.

I believe that someone in the higher levels of the Nazi party was worried that if Geli left Hitler, she might say something that would be negative to Hitler's rise to power. Unless I have my time frames mixed up, Hitler was trying to gain votes for the Nazi Party to get into the system legally. I could be totally wrong, but I am trying to remember facts that I have read years ago.

@@HeilRay I think so. Hitler was obsessive about many things, so it would make sense that he would obsess about his "woman". But I don't think Geli killed herself and I'm not alone in that. I think she was killed as she was a distraction to Hitler. And I think Hitler paid the person who had her killed back during the Night of the Long Knives. No proof- just a theory I'm playing with.

Whether Geli killed herself or not, Hitler was responsible for her death, in my opinion. If Geli killed herself, I'm sure that it would have been to escape the prison and dominance of Hitler. Some revisionists paint Hitler as being a good person, but even if one disagrees with the accepted narrative, Geli's death shows that Hitler was not a good guy.
The bottom line is whatever hitler said happened is what happened. Who’s gonna question him about it?

it's hard to say how Hitler as a person was but from things I've learned he seemed to have so many red flags for narcissistic behavior, just the fact that he needed to have so much control over Geli shows his issues, a healthy individual doesn't do that. I remember seeing a German inquest on a "suicide", the victim, someone entangled and rejected by certain foreign intelligence services as being uncontrollable and quite insane, having been found to have committed suicide by shooting himself in the head with a bolt action 30-06 rifle three times - each one being a fatal wound.

I remember a few years back when they told us that German soldiers used Meth during every battle. To this day we still haven't seen and heard any footage of Hitler just carrying-on a normal conversation with people, and you know there have to be some, where are they. Yes I read about it in The Rise and Fall of the Third Reich. Very large book on his Nazisms and reign. Included was the story of his niece “killing herself.” The author of that book is biased and seems to love him very much as an admirer. It’s clear there was foul play, he had every motive.

More than likely, he simply became more careful about his public image as his political career took off. Also there is the influence of Goebbels to consider. He was a master at crafting public opinion, so he probably convinced Hitler to keep Eva Braun hidden away.

She was groomed from an early age by him then he all but held her captive. Literally the only way for her to escape was suicide. She wasn't like Eva Braun who chased after Hitler and was 110% on board with his ideals and actions. That is why Geli gets sympathy because she deserves it. Poor girl had no say in her own life other than to willingly end it.
