Your a great teacher. I watched other tutorials on this and felt like it didn't make sense. Thank you
Your instructions are so easy to follow. Thank You for all the time you take to share such wonderful art with us.
That is fantastical looking! Looks like a light knot but it's not.
I love this stitch!! A bit of a yarn eater BUT SO WORTH IT💜🧶💜!!
Pretty pretty!!🎉🎉 working on a gift blanket right now. This is going on my list!!!
What a pretty stitch! I have been wanting to make a blanket. Maybe I’ll use this stitch 😊
The striped yarn really does it. Thanks for sharing.
Beautiful stitch!!! Thank you!
Beautiful stitch! And as always, an easy tutorial to follow!
I'm new to your tutorials, but I'm loving them so far. I'm DEFINITELY trying this! I originally commented that I thought I heard your tummy grumble, then went back and listened work my eyes closed and thought I just imagined it so I edited my comment, then kept listening and DID hear it again. Not that it matters, it just was funny because when I first heard it I thought it was me, except that I didn't feeeeel it.
I too, will dive into work without eating first, so I totally get it.
Thank You for the beautiful stitch tutorial :)
Very pretty. Looks easy. Even l can do it! Thanks for sharing.

Great stitch! I need to make 3 baby blankets for 3 new great grand babies on the way 😊!
I've been making baskets, with 4 strands..and this would be beautiful and would stand up, using my leftovers and omg..this will work, since you go into the spaces...🎉😂❤
Lovely stitch. Would make a comfy scarf. Thank you!
That is a gorgeous stitch! Now, I just need to find the right yarn... ^_^ And yes, it's a yarn eater...
Hi Craig, this is another winner that you are teaching to us. It’s going on my to do list of fiber spiders incredible tutorials. Be well and be safe!
Going to make a baby girl blanket. Thanks for this tutorial ❤
Beautiful stitch. Excellent tutorial!
What a beautiful stitch! You always keep crochet fun and interesting! Thank you for sharing!
Craig this is such a pretty stitch. I was looking for something like this that would make a thick blanket. This is my choice. As always your tutorial is easy for me to follow. Thank you
Love the feather stitch, have used it for many projects
Ooo interesting stitch ! Beautiful ❤❤
This is a beautiful stitch❗It looks like knitting❗❤love it❣️
Very nice, love the finish row.
Thank you for full videos
I love the color way of this yarn. I hope one of my craft stores carry the same yarn.😊
Thank you for your videos. I appreciate your quiet gentle style of teaching. Most of the teachers I have observed in the last 3 months spend more time talking about the stitch than actually crocheting the stitch. I am a visual learner so your teaching style is excellent for me. Thanks.
I love love love this stitch pattern
Gorgeous stitch, thank you so much for the demo, and especially showing how to finish it off for a more professional look. I am going to make a cown in Unforgettable yarn, in the Stained Glass colorway. This will look wonderful, thank you again.
You could make squares of these and put them together opposite from each other so the feathers are going one way and then the opposite. I am picturing that as a really pretty pattern and you can make them in small squares so it isn't quite so cumbersome as it gets bigger.
Thanks fiberspider, yr my favourite crochet teacher. This stitch is quick growing and just enough to keep boredom at bay. Cheers again for all your patience, oh and you say alot of nice things, when you're crocheting. Also your real time crocheting is refreshing. Thank you!!!
You are my favorite! Thank you!
Love this stitch and look!
Gonna make a scarf, maybe infinity style and probably use a #3 or sporty weight yarn🤗♥️
Beautiful Stitch very very I am definitely going to try this or an afghan I enjoy watching you on your chores they are really good
What a lovely stitch. I will give it a try. Thank you dear Craig. I appreciate your calm way of teaching.
That is a lovely looking stitch. Your descriptions of what you are doing are incredibly helpful. Thank you. ❤
This is a lovely stitch. It would make a beautiful and cozy scarf. Thank you.
I like this stitch I am trying it.
I appreciate your effort towards perfectionism without stressing too much about it your finished work is inarguably good, and stitches neat and straight. All of this is unlike another very popular and "connected" guy who says he likes "the homemadeness of it all", so he can proudly say he did it himself if someone comments on it, when he makes no effort to keep his stitches straight and talks about blocking like it's a cure for sloppiness.
I'm here to tell you that I am perfectionistic. I have striven for years to keep my stitches straight, and to even out my tension and keep a balance so that my stitches will be straight, and most especially to make sure that the top part of my double crochets do not take up too much space, having too much slack in the top loops ~ especially the second one from the top, If you just pull back on the rains a little bit with your hook, you can shrink that part of this stitch and it will go a long way into making yer stitch stand up straight, taking not much more space than the two legs under it ~ If that's a trouible area for anyone., Another thing that makes them lean is when there is too much slack in the left leg which is longer naturally because of the twist of the stitch which can make them lean moreso. This can make make granny squares look like they are running around in circles, distorting the corners.
I was a little slow getting on the internet and I never saw distorted granny squares until I got online on CZcams. I was without any prior knowledge in 5th grade, and without anyone to show me the way [ or learn mistakes or errors from ] absolutely earnest, to make my stitches looking exactly like my instruction booklet (my mother gifted me with yarn, hook and book ~ out of the blue ~ when she worked for a yarn shop/resort cabin innkeeper as a housekeeper on Cape Cod) I was utterly smitten with crochet, and totally obsessed with making sure that my double crochet did not lean and that my single crochets had absolutely straight Vees underneath that top loop like the book. After I got online, and started seeing and noticing other people's crochet Now that I knew it wasn't made on a machine and bought on a shelf or a hanger in a store , and because we didn't have anyone in our family that I was close to geographically who knew any needle or fiber arts I realized that If you pay attention to your stitches, and the twist of your yarn, you don't have to block, ever.
I’d love to see a beanie tutorial with this stitch!
Very pretty!
I try to stay caffenated😂 I used Red Heart super savor and make a scarf and a hat edg e d with the feather stitch to match the scarf. It was like a burnt orange colorway I don't remember the exact colorway. Thanks for all your creative talents.
Very pretty, and it looks like it would be so nice and warm. Thanks for the tutorial
I love love this stitch…I think I will make a blanket. Thank you for this tutorial
Beautiful stitch! It will make a nice warm scarf or even a cowl. Thank you! 😊
Very pretty!!
whoo hoo fabulous another great video by the fantastic Fiber spider, would make a fabulous bag because its so nice and thick. Think I am correct thst you are going into the same chain space twice from on row 3 one from end of 7 loops and the same one from the start of the next set you call it first chain space, if thats right it maybe would maybe worth commenting in descritption that for beginners in case they get confused that you are working twice in the same one.
Thank you! I think this might be my new “go to” ! 💕
💕 love 💕
Hidey, Spidey, I'm so glad I turned you on tonight. ha. I've been looking for a new blanket stitch, and this one is perfect for the cold Missouri winter nights (where my great-grandsons live). Thank you so much for the video. You never disappoint. Does the stich have a name?
Curiosity kills the cat….. this is gorgeous and super easy!!!! Wondering if there’s a way to do it in the round?!!!!
❤☕️👍🧶🏠
Would I be able to use this stitch for an adult beanie? It would be so warm.😊
Hi, I'm fairly new to all this. I came across your video, and the pattern is lovely, and so is watching your demonstration and explanation. When you start the repeat, is the half double done into the full first stitch, or the front loop only?
I think that I will make a hot mat out of cotton yarn.
I'm working on a multiple stitch twin sized blanket. This will work well as using even number of stitches. Would that make it a scrap-stich afghan?
Do you think you could make a market bag if you used cotton
