🔥 Frequently Asked Questions:
Do you have a left handed version of this video? If you are left handed, you can convert ANY video on CZcams yourself! Simply go to www.mirrorthevideo.com/ and follow the instructions to mirror flip any video to convert to left handed!
How much yarn will I need? This is a very tricky question to answer as there are so many variables! How much yarn you need will depend on which yarn you choose, the thickness of that yarn, your tension and how large you want your finished project to be. I suggest making a small sample first so you can gauge how much yarn you'll need. If making a crochet square, you can weigh your finished square to work out how much yarn it used!
How many squares do I need for a blanket? That all depends on the size of the square you are making and how big you want your finished blanket to be! I always advise making one square first then measuring the size of it. From there you can work out how many squares you will need to get the blanket size you want 😀
Do you have the written pattern? Yes! I have written patterns to accompany my video tutorials on my website here: www.hookedbyrobin.com The written pattern is generally released a week or so after the video tutorial to ensure there are no errors in the video itself and to make amendments in the written version if any are found. All the written patterns are FREE to access on my website
How can I print the pattern from your website? Do you have downloadable PDF's? Not at this time no. This may change in the future but for now, I only provide the written pattern directly on my website.
Can you remake this video so it is slower? If the video speed is too fast, you can slow it down! 😀 See this video on exactly how: • How to Adjust the Spee...
Why do you use American stitch terminology? I learnt using USA stitch terms, long before I even knew there was a difference between UK & US terminology! American terms are my "first language" so to speak. If you need a conversion chart, I have one here! www.hookedbyrobin.com/crochet...

Pretty stitch! Great instruction! I like how you get right into the project without wasting the first 10 minutes of excessive yakety yak! Thank you!
That's something I've had to learn 😂 Don't watch my super early videos as they are FULL of nervous waffle and unnecessary talking at the beginning of them 🙈😂
Yes!
This is something I will have to try!
I hope you enjoy it Penny!😃
Yes and I love your videos. I’ve learnt a lot from you. Thank you ❤
I didn't know about this stitch. It would make a warm blanket. Your tutorials are always so clear & understandable. I hope you never stop. I've learned so much from you, I appreciate you & all of your hard work. 💜🤗
Awwh, that’s so kind. Thank you so much Laura and you can’t get rid of me easily!😂
Thank you for all the work you put into providing tutorials. I appreciate that your channel is about stitches and patterns and not excessive countless yarn unboxing and sale videos. While I find those videos helpful once in awhile, I feel they are done too much.
You always explain what to do, you provide multiples at the beginning of the project and your camera angles are always spot on so we can see the process. Speaking of process, my favorite thing you say is “trust the process” 😂 and you are always right. Again, thank you for sharing with all. I wish I could give more because you certainly deserve it. ❤
Thank you so much for your kind words and support! xx
Couldn’t be any easier or cute. Love all your tutorials!
Yay! Thank you! 🥰🧶
Hi Robin! Thank you for this great new stitch. It’s kind of a variation on a moss or linen stitch and would look nice with yarn color changes. I, too, love that you just get on with the tutorial! 😊. You’re awesome.
Thank you so much and I didn't always, I've learnt over time.😅 My first videos I waffled a lot more!

You’re very welcome Peggy!😃
It's really weird to see your hands without polish on your fingers! I absolutely love your videos! TY for being such a great teacher 🌻🌼🌷🌺
I do have an incredibly sheer polish on but it's more of a protective natural polish rather than solid colour (it does feel like I'm naked though haha! 😂💅)
@@HookedbyRobin that is just fine. I still get to hear your accent! Keep those tutorials coming! 😊😊
Great stitch! I can see myself using this one fairly often. Looks fancy but sooo simple. Thanks for another great tutorial ❤

Love how you start working pattern stitches without 10 mins of talk. I must ask as I do like this stitch and it looks to be a great Afgan stitch. It looks to be quite a yarn eater my question is is it a big yarn eater or a med one I find it helps when I'm looking at what yarn I have or am getting to know about what I'll need Thank You❣️🤷
