All work perfectly, but im stuck with the airplane mode problem, can you help me?
Nothing to do with FRP/Google Lock bypass. This airplane mode problem maybe related to hardware. Well, at first make factory data reset from Settings.

Hard reset phone and start over. Try to get into settings as fast as you can after reset
it doesn't do anything when i type 1111 and press the power button.
1111 was my SIM card PIN lock. Is your SIM card have it too?

No me funciono este metodo hize un proceso parecido en ves de entrar a youtube entre a google mas entre la opcion llamar y mediante el codigo secreto acedi al menu de motorola desde hay entre a seguridad anclar ventanas nuevo patron o pin y listo
