I practice and incorporate sound healing in both reiki and my meditation classes. I'm interested in becoming a somatic healer. Healing trauma is purposeful. I've reviewed your website and want to know where to start! Please help!
Jessica, if you are just starting in counseling /coaching.... There is learning a little through self study to do some life coaching possibly as part of your other work? To actually work with healing trauma, that is reserved to licensed counselors. There are many colleges that offers Masters degrees in counseling. (Just make sure the program is CACREP approved)

Would you say that (self)guided imagery can be deployed by someone in such a manner that becomes imagery rescripting? I've seen the Hulk getting invoked with that technique as well.
