I love how the story portrays Gothel keeping the healing flower hidden from everyone as a selfish and evil thing to do, but the Queen eating/drinking the whole damn flower is perfectly fine. Like, girl, I know you’re dying, but you couldn’t have just eaten a petal or something? You really had to consume the whole damn flower? I guess the sick and dying peasants of the world don’t matter. I don’t remember any mention of Rapunzel being a painter in the original, and Rapunzel’s birth parents were farmers/peasants, and I don’t think the witch had a name.
