Loctite tread glue the blue one enough.
i always use it for the bolt if it should not lose. crank stem handlebar seatpost only cassette i not use it because the torque is massive

Hi, in my opinion its not fault of the chainrings, maybe you didnt tighten it properly or it could go loose on uneven roads. I race on asphalt track and the bolts sometimes loosens because of the vibration from the road.
