    That’s a dangerous card. It’s a hackers paradise. All your information in one spot. You also give up your privacy. I read this a week ago. It’s a no for me.

    Skip the "Buy now, pay later" part, but this is the beginning of the US version of China's WePay 🤣

    This makes me consider carrying cash. These institutions are putting us at risk to be scammed of EVERYTHING

    I like keeping my bank CC separate. Plus, I have different cards for different things. Some I use for cash back, others for travel, also airport lounges. Others for points & purchases at different stores and restaurants. Plus, if ALL my visa accounts are bundled on one card, that would make ALL my visa accounts easier to hack IMO. Not something I would want....

    People hate on the US Bank Altitude Reserve, but they will pave the way if Visa goes thru with passkey

    Nell, great video as always! I’m not so sure that I would trust putting all of my information on one card. I can see many issues with purchases , points, miles etc. I would wait at least a year before diving into this. Thanks again!

    My Discover It Secured CC will graduate next month which will mark 7 months. How long should I wait to apply for a Chase Sapphire Preferred card? Someone said I should apply after having my secured card for a year.

    • @lewislouis6246
      @lewislouis6246 Před 2 měsíci +3

      Best thing to do is just wait for ure card to graduate. It may graduate at 8 months instead of the 7 due to how discover tends to cycle their statements. After it graduates best bet is aim at one of chase freedom cards not the csp,. hold freedom for 6 months (giving chase that on time history) then easy approval for csp.......graduate discover card, then get freedom for 6 months. Csp directly after.......

      @@lewislouis6246 thanks for the feedback! I was itching to apply for the csp because I want to rack up travel points in time for next summer but this seems like a better way to do it so I don’t end up getting denied for the csp and then having a hard inquiry on my credit report

      @@cbiii thank you for the feedback! Why do you recommend the rise card?

    • @PJsReplay
      @PJsReplay Před 2 měsíci

      @@cbiii that’s a good point. I hadn’t taken the range into account. I guess I have to wait a little longer to rack up some travel points, but I’d rather avoid a hard inquiry on the way there. Thank you!
