- Vang Vieng is the adventure capital of Laos, but if you don't want to go tipsy tubing and just relax you can have the perfect day at one of the blue lagoons, eat traditional Lao food and have a great Lao massage. I thought it would be a crazy party place but we found serenity.

It's not easy and it was so hot and burning season had begun so we decided not to do it this time.

I hope you are doing ok and I've been wearing sunscreen every day! But I still need to find the mineral sunscreen, it's not easy here.
@@ayngelina 3rd day recovery, blk eye, bruising but feeling better hard 2 believe no sun! Badger sunscreen uncoated zinc oxide only one i found so far. Now in Lao yt has restaurant, Basuran in Vientiane.
