You all racing in limp mode?
Pretty much the same speed as every other indoor rental place, so compared to outdoor gas karts, yes it's limp mode. :B
I thought you were going to turn Dave there. Same place I turned you weeks back Hahaha
Almost got Brian in the same spot later on in the race, and if I knew it was a white flag I might have. 😂
@@avgrcn That’s spot is starting to be a spicy one. If your not on the inside, you’re in danger haha
verrrry true @@AutoBaunMotorsports
Just curious - Are you purposely defending the entire way through coz everyone is so close to each other? Noticed you're in the middle of the track most of the time with lots of space on the outside for you to open up the corners.
That definitely plays into it a lot of the time, especially if I'm racing with a dive happy group of people.
There are times on my hot laps though I end up middle of the track taking a corner because of how the karts react. Since they're electric they get power super fast, and if you're good at feathering the throttle to keep maximum grip while still giving it power, then we don't necessarily need to go wide to maintain momentum.
With that said, I experiment a bunch, and if a kart ends up being better going wide in certain turns, then I adjust as needed.
Sorry for the late response!
@@avgrcn No worries. Thanks for the response! I haven't tried feathering the throttle with electric karts yet.... Maybe should give that a shot... Cheers!
@@JLracingMY Your mileage may vary depending on the type of rental kart, but certainly give it a shot! Good luck out there. :)
I hate this place go to k1 speed canton way bigger track better karts better staff better everything
Ha, to each their own. I've been to K1 before, and I personally prefer this place. I think all three places in northeast Ohio have different pros and cons, but are all worth racing at.
I do plan to make it out to K1 for a league night or two though, it's just a far drive and hard to make my schedule work. Maybe I'll see you there if you go to those!
@@avgrcn yea for sure but I don’t think so because I’m in endurance and teen league but i could watch ur league races cause they stream the adult ones
