Id suggest a better container to shape the rice slab better (only for shape purposes) as well the wrapping paper should be parchment paper as the foil may stick depending on the texture. I will try your recipe, I can imagine with all that sugar they would turn out rather sweet

Just subscribed, 2nd video.. Nice!! I think I will try this. In a pinch I will heat up some honey dates in a pot, mash them add rolled oats and brown sugar. I bake till firm 15-20min 350ish

Nice one, thanks for sharing. Have a question about carrying them in your back pocket. Do they stay hard and in shape? or they kind of melt and you have to eat it in crumbs, particularly iwhen weather is mild, not to mention in summer time? What´s you experience and opinion at this point?
They stay hard, no issues with the falling apart at all.
