Hi friends! I hope you enjoy this conversation with Sadie! It was so insightful and she provided so much value! Who else should I bring on?
David Deutsch!
I love your interview with Sadie. Thank you, Tiff😊
Wow! New generation came here!
I will learn new one
Ms. Sadie is beautiful entrepreneur ❤❤❤
Great interview! I love how you both mentioned how anyone can start using AI because the field is so vast. It’s an exciting time to be in tech!
Thank you!!
I love that you're speaking with your hands even though the camera doesn't intentionally catch it, but you can see it in the reflection on the frame of the steve jobs portrait. hahah it's wholesome.
Haha! Thank you!
Great vid! Please continue to interview experts.
Hi Tiff. new here. good content. happy to see more people with channels talking about this. congrats on your success and I wish you even more success.
Discussing AGI's potential timeline is fascinating. What preventive measures do you think are essential to handle the ethical challenges it might present?
All that is needed is an STM (Space-Time Model based on video tokens, like Sora) and a pacemaker to achieve AGI.
Loved this! She’s had some great conversations with guests on the data bytes podcast. Are you publishing the full interview anywhere?
Your videos are absolutely amazing,it has been a help me a lot
This made my day! Thank you so much!!
Great conversation❤❤ I definitely think AI needs some sort of guardrails can’t imagine what would happen if it didn’t
😎👍👍
Modern language models are trained on vast amounts of text data, which allows them to learn a wide range of linguistic patterns and structures.
Language models learn the underlying patterns present in the data they are trained on. This includes syntax, semantics, and even stylistic conventions.
While language models do not have memory in the human sense, they encode learned patterns in their parameters or weights, allowing them to effectively utilize these patterns during inference.
Language models generate responses based on learned patterns and statistical probabilities rather than true reasoning in the human sense.
In essence, there is a need to emphasize here that these newer models are not learning from the data, but they are just getting good at pattern recognition. These newer and modern models are not moving us towards AGI.
How tall do we have to build skyscrapers before they start to fly? 🤔
haha hmmm
Interesting conversation. But I wonder about the future of knowledge workers. Actual workers may age out of the workforce in the same way as filing cabinets and envelopes? I got this email yesterday in which the insight was asserted that only physical workers, like trades, construction and certain service industry roles that are impossible to automate, have a safe occupational future. From this video, I did not learn (specifically) where the space for soon-to-be-obsolete knowledge workers may be. -- But I would look forward to more videos like this. Right now everyone talking about AI seems to be in this speculative, ** the technology is going to be limitless and endlessly applicable, and everything is going to be wonderful and amazing *** stage. I'm looking forward to hearing the conversations evolve and focus more on who is going to have the power to control and deploy the technology, and to what purpose, from manipulating democracy and truth (like Facebook and other social media in 2016) to affecting day-to-day lives. Because I am getting more apprehensive than enthusiastic.
I literally click just because of how beautiful I think you are to me and then I remember you’re in tech!
Very good video! This might be an unpopular opinion but I'm less concerned about AGI itself and more concerned about what Humanity does with AGI. I still think Humanity is more dangerous. Look what we have created....the Atomic Bomb....Nuclear Weapons...etc. Where do you think AGI is getting the information from...the internet and who puts information on the internet....Humans
👉👉👉I am 22 years old today and I have been to every place. I have neither money nor any friends. I am alone and keep lying down. I keep crying all the time. I have big dreams but only hope and they get shattered soon. I have no talent either. And nobody likes me. I think I should live my life alone but I don't have money for that at least I could fill my stomach with sea fish and lie down on the beach. But for that I want to go to Australia but I don't have money either. I am searching for a job but am not getting one. I keep falling due to hypertension all the time. I don't know when I will die.
Who believes this AGI marketing BS nowadays? Let's talk about the impact on our tech workforce, tech culture, impact on society, and the effects of the unrealistic hype bandwagon. Let's talk about AI companies that can't raise money anymore. Let's talk about investors' backing of... Is that really so hard to be realistic? If we want to have AI have any meaning, we need to change the narrative and come back down to earth pronto. 🌎

AGI will arrive in 6 months
Even with all the incredible progress and rapid pace we're currently seeing, AGI is still 5-10 years away at best.
@@vesper8*at worst.
She’s definitely biased btw
ofcourse she is.
