Thanks what if d case is not frm tray. U fix a complete tray still showing the same error sign.
Insert d multipurpose trays Nd press start. Tray not inserted well

Delete the printer from your computer and do a fresh installation.

what is your printer model? Meanwhile, you can try uninstalling the printer software and reinstall. or simply reset the printer with service tool.

What if the problem is not a tray its in the printer?

That's what I'd like to know. The CD tray always keeps coming out when I insert it. There is nothing wrong with the tray, it goes in, but it keeps coming out without printing the disc.

This might be a board error or printer haed. Pls try changing the head first. But the safest thing to do is to try your printhead in another printer. Try reseting the printer with a Service Tool.
