And if Nanoha hadn't, Vivio would had continued suffering under their control as she had that relic inside her.

The whole point of this 5-way SLB is to overpower the anti-magic field in the place, and knock the relic, a powerful magical item with strong defenses by itself, out of Vivio’s Linker Core, undoing what Jail did to Vivio.

Damien Tran I doubt there'll be a dub anymore for Nanoha. This season has been out for over 10 years and doesn't seem any closer to being licensed. Even Reflection didn't get dubbed for its US release.
