I buy a small yacht sight unseen!

I brought a Harmonic 24 sailing yacht last week sight unseen. This is a video of me seeing it for the first time a couple of days ago. It is ok actually. I took off all the rubbish(5 big bags full!) And the next time I go there I will spend a whole day cleaning. Then another day diving on the bottom and scrapping off the muck and then once I have put my out board on the back I should have a mean little fast yacht!

Jason doesn't say how much, but i am reminded of buying an Aurora 21 at auction for $500 years ago. Definitely a project boat, but they're the best! Good luck with it! And happy sailing.

boats like this are where you get the phrase: B.O.A.T... Bust Out Another Thousand!
not really, I bet it will clean up nicely. transom mounted rudder means one less through hull problem point. just haul her out to check for keel smile and make sure all the underwater fittings are in good condition, slap on a new coat of antifouling and hit the waves.
