- Today am sharing this so good roasted chicken recipe, that's worth sharing. It comes together quickly and can be made for dinner or lunch on just any day.
All you need are the chicken pieces, the rub and just a few other ingredients and you are on your way to this deliciousness.
INGREDIENTS
2lb. Chicken thighs and drumsticks, patted dry and trimmed
1Tbs Butter, melted
1 Tsp Kosher salt
For the Spice Rub
2 Tbs Onion powder
1 Tbs Garlic powder
1 Tbs Paprika, smoked
1 Tsp Chili powder
1 Tsp Oregano, dry
1/2 Tsp Thyme, dry
1 Tsp Brown sugar
1 Tsp Ground black pepper
Parsley to garnish
Salt to taste
Yummy this sounds so good. I would also put a baked potato in the oven to have with it. Thanks for sharing

Another lovely recipe Chef. Will try this weekend. We love dry rub for all meat and always let it marinate for two hours or overnight. Would be good with a side dish of coconut rice with a cucumber and yoghurt dressing. Where did you get those white small measuring bowls; love those? Thank you,

I saw roast on my oven; however, when I roast my expensive Lamb Foreshank, I was highly disappointed, they ALL Burn dry, So, I bake mine now. I normally those bake by Chicken Drumstick in the wintertime.
This rub is streets ahead of the mass produced pots of “ seasoning “ which are so beloved by. Americans. They contain so many chemicals.

I use Kosher salt in my cooking, its grainier and easy to control .
Kindly use white or clear gloves. Black don't look well on food.
