- I'm joined on this episode by old school strength and physical culture enthusiast Brooks Kubik of Dinosaur Training.
Join us as we dive deep into the world of physical culture as it was before the days of widespread access to quality training information, insights on how the old schoolers trained, and how Brooks overcame crippling asthma and other physical maladies to become one of the greatest minds in strength of the 20th century.

Brooks is here!!!!!!!!!!
That was an excellent podcast with Brooks. He is a true definition of a 'lifter' in it for the right reasons. So much of what makes up training for modern trainees is whatever nonsense some clown posts somewhere that may or may be useless or lead to injury.
Brooks has always provided very practical training information that one could use as a beginner or advanced user.
You said it perfectly. Brooks is the real deal, and is a spectacular source of information for all of us.
Came here because of Brook's email
