    Thiago, hello from Russia and thanks for your podcasts! They're always smart, extremely useful and never boring!
    Thiago, what about "lots of" for countable nouns? If I say "lots of apples", does it sound correct and fluent? "Lots of people" sounds weird though...

    I've been working too much lately and got little time left to rest and few dollars in the pocket. However, my kid is so young and full of energy that makes me so excited and pumped when I get home.

    I have a few friends and this is enough for. I relish communicating with them so much. Something my friends can even overplay with jokes and in situations kind of that I can say that this’s too many

    Sir what is different among these words until unless before

    • @teacher.thiagoalencar
      @teacher.thiagoalencar  Před 3 měsíci +3

      Sure, let's simplify the explanations:
      1. "Until":
      - Use "until" when you want to talk about continuing an action or situation up to a certain point in time.
      - Example: "I'll stay here until you come back." (This means I'll wait continuously until the moment you return.)
      2. "Unless":
      - Use "unless" to say that something will only happen if a condition is met.
      - Example: "You'll fail the test unless you study." (This means you need to study; otherwise, you'll fail the test.)
      3. "Before":
      - Use "before" when you want to say that one thing happens or must happen earlier than another thing.
      - Example: "Finish your homework before you play." (This means do your homework first, then you can play.)
      So, "until" talks about reaching a point in time, "unless" sets a condition, and "before" tells you the order of events.
