Medium: 21.0 - 23.0 inch / 54 - 59 cm.
Large : 22.5 - 24.5 inch / 57 - 62 cm.
2 Large: 23.5 - 25.5 inch / 60 - 65 cm.
3 Large: 25.0 - 28.0 inch / 63 - 68 cm.
Hey man, thanks for the video! My head is at 57cm, so it's between the medium and large. Would you recommend that I go with a medium or go for the large? I don't want the headgear to be TOO tight, but I'm worried that if I get the large, it might be too loose.

Yeah I see why it doesn’t have protection in the back, you shouldn’t be getting hit in the back of the head, so instead of adding weight and putting more padding, they put less padding in the back to make it lighter

Great question I actually had a white winning Medium headgear, and the cheeks were significantly smaller than the large white winning headgear in the video.
If you want a bit more protection get the large if you are a medium.
If you are a small get a medium ect.
Yes when you close the headgear the cheeks, and the front of the headgear will protect your teeth. No worries I’ve NEVER had any problems with my teeth with this headgear

@@marcoflores8284 I ask because I wear braces. Your teeth look really good too. So I imagine you were wearing braces before too? I got a gumshield made by my dentist but do you think there are any really good brands that work well with braces? (and protect ur teeth)
It's funny how you take most damage in sparring and barely take any damage in a fight. Cuz u prepared for a fight, sometimes u can be slacking in sparring.

Yes this headgear will protect your mouth front teeth nicely. Since it has the front 2 cheeks which are very Thick yup.
I also would recommend a custom mouthpiece. FG -2900 + a custom mouthpiece fit to your mouth will protect your teeth 🦷 100 percent of the time .

No protection at the back of the head，any solution ? Back of the head protection are important and fatal for our brain.
I would go one size up, usually the bigger the size it has more padding all around including the back.

Yes it absorbs the hit the most a headgear could. This is the best headgear period, this is the most protective cheek headgear out right now. No dizzy feeling, but also make sure to be slick in there

man im 16 i wanna get these but they're expensive. i could just save up but i don't feel like im worthy of owning them even if i could have them. Don't wanna be that guy at the gym with all gear and no skills. i haven't been training for too long either
i had a full face headgear with a cheek pad and it just made my head a bigger target and gave me bad habits, really wish i knew before i bought it, took so many unnecessary shots to the head cuz of it

Your 16 of you start now and you work 5 days a week u can make it bro just focus your very young and its a good age to get started

Head gear is there to protect you but its not going to save you if you’re not using or practicing a tight guard.

It could, he might’ve been nervous recording and not able to talk like he usually does, but yeah boxing can definitely do that to you

Not at all (by experience) only headmovment can save your eyes if a punch come to your eyes going in.
