- Welcome back to my channel.
In this sewing tutorial I will tell you how to sew Shirred Top with Puff Sleeves step by step.
To Calculate the width of the bodice pieces:
Bust Measurement ÷ 2 x 1.5 + 1.
Example: 34 ÷ 2 x 1.5 + 1 = 26.5
This dress can fit your body easily by the shirring at the top. So you don't need to worry about the measurements. And the shirring is not as difficult as you think. Just follow the instructions and it'll turn out great.

Your Welcome ❤ you can reduce the length of shoulder elastic, Neck automatically thodha sa upar ho jaega
How can i calculate the length of elastic correctly?i followed ur instruction for elastic measurement, but it was to loose for me.is there any other method?
@@sainabasamad880 Mam ap neckline se shoulder tak apna measure krna.... Like 6" hoga to usko 2 se multiply kr dena. 12" me se 3" minus krk 9" inch ki elastic cut kr lena .I hope fit baith jaega mam.

Elastic length?
I don't like that you do not talk viewers through the process. That would be a lot more valuable than dubbing music throughout the video. Also, speeding up the video is a disservice, knowing that this video is geared towards beginners. What's the hurry? Quality over speed is more important. Thankfully I understood the process before coming onto your video, but you didn't let "beginners" know that you need elastic thread in the bobbin to achieve the shirring affect...and ONLY elastic thread in the bobbin, not the sewing machine. Also manually winding the bobbin is important, but that information was amissed as well. You didn't let anyone know how much elastic was needed for the sleeve based on the width of the fabric. Sewing the sides together, you didn't say anything about whether sewing it right sides or wrong sides together. I am certainly not impressed. Just terrible! Please be more thoughtful and do better.
Hello! Thank you for your feedback🥰. I will definitely work on it.
Amazing
Thanks bhai ji 🙏 😊
