This voice is so great and fuckin unique, pure rock´n roll and a statement to all the boring people (trolls) out there. Combined with slashs guitarplay it´s raw energy, wild, beautiful moments of passion.
Might be a controversial statement, but this lineup of Gn'R is my favourite, and in my humble opinion the best. Axl, Slash, Duff & Dizzy, with Melissa providing extra FX, I think Ferrer is the best drummer Gn'R had (Adler had his problems and I never liked Sorum's style). Izzy v Fortus is a tough one, but Fortus is great seeing as he appears to know the guitar inside out. And it's great to have at least one guitarist up there perfectly fluent in guitar (Fortus). Great lineup.
Idk i still loved adler's style more. Technically he wanst the best but damn sure it was fun to see him perform. Dude legit looked like a happy puppy everytime he got on stage and played his heart out. Shame he has back problem now tho.

But he got kicked out of the band early for doing so much drugs, he really damaged himself, I heard they had to cancel shows and postpone recording sessions because of him. Adler's my second choice behind Ferrer overall. I can't fault Ferrer.
Fuck Ken Tamplin and other so called "professionals" for bitching about Axl for "losing" his voice due to lack of techniques. He never lost it, he just can't use it all the time like he used before. His voice is special and always will be.
I like slash's playing in this better than Fortus. There are millions of guys like him on youtube. I like slash and Ritchie Blackmore cus they always improvise on their studio material.
Fat back in 2012ish, he was huge. But as he's been touring, he's been loosing hella weight. And slash used to be a little chubby but as you can see now, he's fit. Axl just needs to loose a few more pounds now.
I saw them in Orlando. They play 3+ hours. The crowed died off, dont forget, I am a lot older now than the last time I saw tthem in 1988. :) The average age at Orlando was mid-40's. Everybody hit it hard the first hour but dont let it reflect on the band... they were awesome but even though I am a HUGE fan I was tired by 11PM They played till about 12:30. It took me 4 days to recover - cant do it like I did back in the day.

Its Good that he Sings in falsetto or mickey voice from Time to Time again in a concert cause if he sang with rasp all the time he would Blow out his falsetto and Head voice pretty quickly. Thats what happened in the 90s but most People didn't Notice because he was pushing his chest voice which had an amazing Range back then
Ferrer (as Fortus) is a safe man, it´s difficult to see him making a mistake. Slash makes a lot of mistakes, mainly because he plays by heart and tryes to improvise here and there.. and in this case, because Slash is not very good with the use of the slide.
Roberto T.M. I wasn't criticizing Slash, everyone makes mistakes. Just pointing out that Ferrer sure as hell didn't "ruin the song". They're all sounding great on this tour. And I was hesitant about Ferrer in the start.
Mike utubesux yeah I know heheh I was just adding a comment to yours 😉 It's true that everyone makes mistakes but if you watch Fortus and Slash live you probably see that Slash is less precise than Fortus... and Slash sometimes is a little bit out of tempo, not here but on this tour and I thiink it's because he doesn't hear well the drums or the band on his in ear monitors (headphones they wear in their ears). And as you said.. I love too how they are sounding this tour... even better than in the past
Houston is far the best concert of Guns N Roses with the best vocals of Axl in this new era
