Eggs are one of the best sources of protein when eaten at the right time of the day for digestion. Nothing better for you protein wise than egg’s definitely a power food. But yes make sure you are getting quality eggs as some have just junk and to much steroids in them but eggs are a power good. Always want them in your diet best to fast from 8pm-2pm eat breakfast at 2pm and nothing before that time after waking only water then make some eggs, with some steak ham, some Greek yogurt and fruit, with cottage cheese and fruit add a little hot sauce and you have one of the healthiest meals the body could take for the day and if eaten at 2pm after fasting so good for your body oh make sure to have straight black coffee with it with fish oil vitamins, vitamin b complex, vitamin d3, magnesium, and grapefruit extract. You will fill good full and not be hungry all the time and fill full but not full. Then around 4 to 5ish make a good healthy dinner. Steak potato toes and veggies. Eating right isn’t hard as we all know what to eat and what to do to have a healthy diet but we just don’t do it to many factors such as convenience and money and time. The biggest factor being our body’s are so used to the junk food surrounding us and the poison food surround us we been digesting for so many years it’s hard to break away from that bad food poison addiction. That’s the hard part is the switch from bad foods to good it takes a few days to not feel shitty because your body isn’t used to good foods it’s used to poison we are fed so when you make the switch to eating right and we all know how to eat right and healthy we just don’t but when you make the switch it’s almost like going into drug withdrawal but instead of drug withdrawal it’s food withdrawal as your body is craving the bad foods it’s used to and not used to the new healthy foods this is usually what turns people away from a good diet immediately after trying. They are addicted to bad poison food not their fault just are. Get through five days of eating healrhy which we all know what eating healthy is and means and how to and after u get passed the fifth day you’ll be feeling amazing and ready to work out anytime the day ur body will want more food to eat as it’s growing healthier and eat more foods just healthy ones but you’ll feel like a brand new you you’ll feel like you did when you were a kid with no worries in the world and woke feeling healthy every day with energy right away.. that’s what eating right will do for you and also fitness equals success. So it’s worth it

So regarding the egg: there are studies that show that the higher the percentage of animal protein in your diet, the more likely you are to die. Out of the sources of the animals protein that are worst for you red meat and eggs are at the top of the list. On the other hand, egg yolk contains lots of good stuff (vitamins, minerals, choline which many vegans are deficient in). So you may just need to just eat the egg you and leave the egg white for what it is.

@@martinbanck1723 Yea you can. They have constantly made the claim that the high cholesterol and fat content in the eggs are the cause of heart disease.
Eggs prove that high cholesterol is not causation for heart disease. Sometimes things really ARE that simple.
The Body uses cholesterol to repair damage... when cholesterol is high, it means something is wrong and needs repair, but it is not the "cause". In most cases you are missing cholesterol's that are required to do "full" repairs. And like anything else... if your arteries are filling up with too much of "anything" problems occur. This is why people in North America will respond well with Omega 3 Fatty Acid increases in their diets and watch their cholesterol fall because the needed repairs are starting to happen. But some chose to consume Statin drugs and they have now been associated with a marker that is known to cause worsening heart failure. This means we have been "backwards" in how we treat these diseases. Which is one of the reasons Japan has the lowest heart disease rate in the world. They have a high Omega 3 and low sugar intake.

There is no universal answer on "how should you eat and exercise" since we all have food allergies, problems and body structures. Plus, once we remove from fiet something we need to add supplements to substitute things we cannot eat. As a person who needed to remove eggs, gluten, milk and lots of other things due to health issues I am taking supplements and having a strict diet too. The most important is a clinical report and measured results. Hacing a good sleep, body which diesnt hurt everything and good mood is something worth invested to.
