The coc has all kinds of creeds! How is that hard to see?! âSpeak where the Bible speaks, be silent where the Bible is silentâ.. âNo creed but Christâ.. those are all creeds.. thing is, creeds are authorized! Itâs just a concise statement of beliefs! There are creeds in the Bible! 1 Corinthians 15:1-4 is a creed that Paul delivered to the Corinthians!!

They sure go back to the OT when they want to use it but heavens forbid that they go back for using music in worship. They also like Naaman, the walls of Jericho and the brass serpent. They say OT scripture can be used as scripture but only so long as it doesn't apply to musical instruments.
Some bibles are being misleading and scriptures are being taken out.

The sacrifice,The Kingdom coming into existence as a world wide Kingdom. Revelation tells us that the next coming he will deliver that Kingdom to Heaven. Also when Christ returns we will meet Him in the air and be with him forever. It never says He is ever going to be on earth again. 1 Thessalonians 4:16-17 (ESV) 16 For the Lord himself will descend from heaven with a cry of command, with the voice of an archangel, and with the sound of the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first. 17 Then we who are alive, who are left, will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air, and so we will always be with the Lord. ( 1 Thessalonians 4;16:17.)

A part of Jesus spirit is the spirit of prophecy says Rev 19:10; look at all the end times passages the Church of Christ doesnât look at, which means theyâre the modern day Pharisees not ready for Jesus second coming because they were not ready for his first coming. Revelation is like pulling back a veil to show whatâs behind it or unwrapping a present to see whatâs inside.
While a lot of lukewarm churches are thinking that thereâs a pre-TRIB rapture, you guys arenât even ready for whatâs going to happen just like they are, because antichrist has to show up first while the church is still here! Itâs TRADITION Itâs both of your problems;, if Campbell was wrong on this what does that have to do with you studying the Bible, youâre still alive, and you were expected to know the Bible thatâs one of Jesusâs 35 Commandments!

In Revelation 19:7-10, under the Old Testament, the nation of Israel was the bride of God (Jeremiah 3:20; Isaiah 54:1). She was divorced because of her adultery (Jeremiah 3:8). A new, virgin woman takes her place (II Corinthians 11:2).
The persecutions had interfered with the growth and development of Christâs bride. This can now continue unimpeded. In a sense this whole age is the marriage feast of the Lamb. Each new Christian, upon baptism, is joined to Christ. They enter a covenant relationship with Christ, much like a marriage relationship. However, the bride, the church, is not complete until all who will have joined. The final marriage is yet to be, this is the engagement time, much like the parable of the ten virgins (Matthew 25:1-13).
John is again commanded to write what he has seen and given assurance that the words are true. But John falls down in worship before the speaker. Why he did so is a mystery. Surely John knows that only God is to be worshiped (Matthew 4:10). However, the warning is clear and needs emphasizing. Idolatry comes in many forms. God alone is to be worshiped. Historically it is interesting that after these triumphs, the church strays and the corruption takes on forms of idolatry - just what God warns against.

Trying to âobey every verseâ, even if limited to only the New Testament, is a recipe for discouragement and depression. The focus needs to be on living by faith, expressing love to others through faith, and walking in the Spirit. No wonder you guys donât appear to have any joy.

The passage you are quoting from (2Cor 3:6-17) is contrasting the old covenant to the new. The old only pointed to Christ. The new is Christ. To love the LORD is to keep His word. As Christians, we are constrained to give it our all in the love of the LORD. We only get discouraged if we focus on our fails. That discouragement is done away in Christ and His perfection. Why so negative toward gentlemen exhorting unto love and good works?
