Using Neon 2.91. Successfully migrated my 95 Neo-but unable to send my 38 Gas. Red flag says I used to many UTXO so transaction fails. Can I bypass migration tab and just send the 38 gas from Legacy wallet to the New N3 address?
If they create an update to their network, existing NEO and GAS, regardless of the amount held should be transferred without any fees.

So you need to add gas (like 4 or more) to the new N3 Neon wallet to migrate old coins over from the legacy wallet? They upgraded their wallet and making us - their customer base - pay to move the coins to the new wallet or they'll be lost?

I did 6 Gas Transactions using the migration tool , 3 of them was completed and the other 3 are pending that was 10/08/2021 18:06 , what can I do?

Alright-saw the answer to my problem migrating GAS. First you must send your Legacy GAS to your Legacy address. Then it migrates fine.
What if I don't have enough gas for the migration?

What if I create a new Wallet on Neon Wallet and then transfer my funds from ledger and then migrate, because Ledger support is taking too long?
You can certainly do that - but there's still a couple of weeks left for Ledger to come through if you're worried about removing the funds from the Ledger.
0.55 gas on my wallet can´t be migrated, right?
I migrated my NEO just fine, but when I try to migrate my 30+ GAS I get "the migration transaction have an excessive number of UTXO inputs will require extra gas fees, consider sending all your.. to yourself" I simply don't understand what I am supposed to do, don't I already have them, so why do I have to send then to myself?
I have the same problem.
It means you have a lot of UTXO inputs, probably from past GAS claims. To fix it, send all of your GAS _from_ your address _to_ your same address (on Neo2). This consolidates your UTXO inputs down to one, so that you can then migrate without paying the fee that Neo requires for having >15 UTXO inputs in your transaction.

@@robertizzo4159 No, send all your GAS to your legacy wallet address. You'll be sending to the same place it's already at, but doing so reduces the number of inputs (previous transaction outputs, where you received GAS is smaller quantities that makes up the total of your balance) to a single input.

Can I transfer my Neo to Exchanges after the Mass Migration process of 2 months are over?
The short answer "should be" yes. However, you'll need to check with your exchange because they operate independently from Neo.

At the moment you can only migrate Neo and Gas. Other projects like FLM for instance will need to do adjustments to be N3 compatible

@@dylangrabowski8882 Why would you migrate anything that has no assurance of exchanges accepting? Why did they not have exchanges set up to accept the new contract token first? A bit concerned myself.
@@bernardmacarius2635 there are bonuses if you do it early.... and some echanges do the swap for you but binance i looked and you can't withdraw N3. so the only reason to do it is the bonuses

Using Neon 2.91. Migrated my Neo tokens but each time I try to migrate my 38 gas a red flag tells me I am using to many UTXO so I will be charged extra Gas for the transaction. I say continue (I will take the extra gas hit) but the transaction does not go through. What should I do?
Is it important to migrate? Or it doesn't really matter? (I don't care about some tiny bonus)
You will need to migrate because Neo Legacy is deprecating in a year. If you don't move your assets by then, they could become permanently lost. Also, if you don't migrate, you'll stop earning GAS when GAS generation is turned off in Neo Legacy, likely sometime in Q4 2021.

I have installed the latest Neo Wallet 2.8.1 but I have no Migration icon under settings? What gives?
Just select "legacy" on the Neon Wallet splash screen , After loging in ,the migration button is left bar bottom.

I answered my own question. lol
I thought that I had to go back to Step #1 and create a new wallet.
Instead, you go directly to step #2 and then send your GAS from there. (This uses the new N3 wallet address)
(I still got a UTXO error, so I sent all my GAS to myself using the Legacy address, then went to Step #2).

Once the Ledger team makes the necessary changes to the firmware, Neon Wallet will integrate support.

@@dimagradov4827 Ledger co-founder said in a Reddit thread (on Aug. 30) that they've elevated the status of the firmware upgrade to support N3. So, hopefully soon!

Sent over my Neo all fine, then I tried to send over my 37 gas and got this "This migration transaction has an excessive number of UTXO inputs and will require extra GAS in fees. Consider sending all your (GAS|NEO) to yourself first in order to consolidate your UTXOs into a single input before migrating, in order to avoid the extra fee."
You have to send all your gas to your legacy neo address first.Gas migration will work after that.
@@Daclaem I have tried a dozen of times to send my gas to myself. It still wants me to pay a higher cost to do so. I have no way to pay the higher fee. I already migrated my neo. Why can I not get the result you say I should have????

@@Daclaem It gives four options to send my 30+ gas to myself, send to another exchange, or migrate to N3. Tried them all (fee of .001, .05, .1 or send asset without fee). It says, excessive number of UTXO inputs will require extra gas fees .33954. Any other advise that will allow me to send or migrate my gas????
@@carlostellez5274 As i said , you need to send all your gas to your neo legacy address minus the transaction fees..That means that for 30 gas , you need to send to youself only 29.9 to cover the 0.1 transaction fees. Then do the migration .That should work. If not i don t know what is the issue.
