I also had to get something at another one of your stores because it was more convenient at the time. When I walked in, I felt like I was in my home store and walked right to the aisle of the item I needed. Consistent layouts make a difference to us customers.

Rolling carpets that way also helps them lay flat because if yo go against the grain some are never the same
