Someone correct me if I'm wrong but 205 Genera is like nothing, amoung 66 people from 3 countries to top it off, and then if you take out supposedly rare Genera you're reducing your set even more.

Can I use dada2 in R /Rstudio instead of qiime ?
Have you find out the answer? If so could you share too me, I'm wonder the same point
